About Kinova
Kinova Co., Ltd. is a Thailand-based importer and distributor of premium international health, beauty, and family-care brands, with a sourcing office in France. We operate across beauty, wellness, family care, and pet care categories, distributing through major Thai retail channels (Tops, Central Group, ...) and leading e-commerce platforms (Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, LINE Shop).
We are building our marketing team and looking for a data-driven, commercially minded E-Commerce Marketing Executive to own our paid advertising, marketplace optimization, customer interactions, and performance analytics across all e-commerce platforms.
Role Overview
You will be the commercial engine behind Kinova's online sales growth. From managing ad campaigns on Shopee, Lazada, TikTok, and LINE Shop to optimizing product listings, handling customer enquiries, and planning mega-sale promotions, you will drive traffic, conversions, and revenue across our e-commerce channels.
Key Responsibilities
E-Commerce Advertising & Performance Marketing
- Set up, manage, and optimize paid advertising campaigns on Shopee Ads, Lazada Sponsored Solutions, TikTok Ads, and LINE Ads.
- Manage Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram) for brand awareness, traffic generation, and retargeting.
- Monitor daily ad spend, ROAS, CPC, and conversion metrics; adjust campaigns to meet targets.
- Plan and execute promotional campaigns tied to platform mega-sales (e.g., 6.6, 7.7, 11.11, 12.12).
- A/B test ad creatives, audiences, and bidding strategies to continuously improve performance.
Marketplace Content & Optimization
- Create and optimize product listings on Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, and LINE Shop (titles, descriptions, keywords, images, A+ content).
- Design shop pages, banners, and promotional visuals for marketplace storefronts.
- Monitor product reviews and ratings; coordinate responses and improvement actions with the operations team.
- Optimize listings based on marketplace search algorithms and ranking factors to improve product visibility.
- Manage product catalogue accuracy: pricing, stock status, promotions, and bundles across platforms.
Customer Service & Community Management
- Respond to customer enquiries, questions, and complaints across all e-commerce platforms (Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, LINE Shop) in a timely and professional manner.
- Handle order-related issues: returns, refunds, shipping enquiries, and product questions.
- Monitor and maintain platform chat response rates and customer satisfaction scores.
- Escalate product quality or recurring issues to the operations team for resolution.
- Use customer feedback and common enquiries to improve product listings, FAQs, and overall customer experience.
Campaign Planning & Commercial Coordination
- Develop e-commerce promotional calendars aligned with brand launch schedules, seasonal events, and platform campaigns.
- Coordinate with platform key account managers to secure visibility slots, flash deals, and co-funded promotions.
- Collaborate with the import and operations teams on stock availability and fulfilment readiness for campaign peaks.
- Propose and execute bundling, cross-selling, and pricing strategies to maximize average order value.
Analytics & Reporting
- Track and report on e-commerce performance across all platforms: revenue, traffic, conversion rate, ad spend, ROAS.
- Build and maintain dashboards consolidating key metrics for weekly and monthly management reviews.
- Analyze customer behaviour, purchase patterns, and competitive pricing to inform marketing and pricing decisions.
- Manage and allocate the e-commerce marketing budget; track spend vs. results across channels and campaigns.
- Provide data-driven recommendations to improve campaign efficiency and overall sales performance.
Qualifications
Required
- 2–4 years of experience in e-commerce marketing, performance marketing, or marketplace management in Thailand.
- Proven hands-on experience managing paid campaigns on at least two of: Shopee Ads, Lazada Sponsored Solutions, TikTok Ads, Meta Ads.
- Strong understanding of e-commerce metrics (ROAS, CPC, CVR, AOV) and ability to optimize campaigns based on data.
- Experience creating and optimizing product listings and A+ content on Thai e-commerce platforms.
- Experience handling customer service on e-commerce platforms (chat, reviews, order issues).
- Comfortable with Excel/Google Sheets for data analysis, reporting, and budget tracking.
- Proficient in English and Thai (written and spoken).
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail and a results-oriented approach.
- Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment with minimal supervision.
Preferred
- Experience in beauty, health, wellness, or FMCG e-commerce.
- Familiarity with Shopee Seller Centre, Lazada Seller Center, TikTok Shop Seller Center, and LINE Shopping dashboards.
- Knowledge of Google Analytics, platform-specific analytics tools, or BI dashboards.
- Experience coordinating with platform key account managers on joint promotions.
- Basic graphic design skills (Canva or similar) for quick ad creative iterations.
